What is Myofascial release and somatic therapy?

Quantum therapy uses a combination of myofascial release and therapeutic massage to melt away stress and tension while also targeting the energetic parts, which lies the deeper root of the issue. Myaofascial release focuses on the body as a whole rather than certain specific parts.
The fascial system is a sophisticated three-dimensional web of consciousness or awareness that is constantly responding to thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. This intelligent system communicates with the nervous system, as an information super highway, signaling and supporting changes at the molecular level.
The most basic understanding of fascia is that it is a connective tissue that “packages” the muscles and organs of our bodies. But deeper inspection reveals that it is a liquid crystalline matrix transmitting life giving forces. This water-based web weaves your nervous system, muscular system, skeletal system and energetic/emotional body together.
Treating Fascia can relieve chronic pain, injuries, traumas and limitations that may reside deeply in the story of your body and life. Yes, our fascia has memory and it holds our stories, our emotions, and past trauma. When these become stuck in the body, they show up as pain and dis-ease. This is where somatic therapy comes into play.
We will use a combination of myofascial release, therapeutic massage, breathwork, movement, energy work and body awareness exercises to help you re-connect with your body and develop a greater sense of present awareness. Through these practices, you will learn to recognize and release physical tension and trauma on your own, which lessons the pain and significantly increases overall well-being.
By taking a holistic view into the body as a whole system, working together with the information in the quantum field, we see that when manipulating the fascia, we are stimulating both the physical and the emotional aspects, activating the potentiality by processing what has been stored or stuck in certain areas of the body. The goal is to begin a state of self awareness, meaning you are drawing your attention inward, to feel the sensations, observe thoughts & emotions, and to fully process or transmute this energy.
In the quantum world, all is energy and information. Quantum physics tells us that mind and matter are so interconnected to one another that it is impossible to separate the two. Matter has a mind, and mind has matter. In other words, quantum physicists have found that matter responds to mind.
